Graduate Engineers Association (GEA) is a Registered Trade Union working in ErstWhile (MSEB)Maharashtra State Electricity Board and now (MAHAGENCO)Maharashtra State Power Generation Company LimitedThe Union is Registered on 13th Aug 1984 with Reg No-NGP-2896The Objectives of the association are 1) To Organise and unite Graduate Engineers of Mahagenco 2) To regulate their relations with employeer3) To Promote and Protect Service interests of the Members 4) To take steps to raise the status of the graduate engineers and bring it on par with the status of graduate engineers in other similar organizations (NTPC BHEL SEB etc)5) To try to redress their grievances6) To co-operate and federate with organisations/associations those having similar objectives in Indian Power Sector 7) To take other steps as may be necessary to promote the social activities and civic condition of members With 10 divisions and a Central team of Prime office bearers GEA has 1000 engineer Members accross Mahagenco spread all over Maharashtra.The GEA app is need of time for better connect with all members of the association.In digital era the yearly subscription collection and donation collection will be done via App.The App will give every member all information about various events and activities of the association in single click.The grieveance of members relating to mgmt or any other issues can also be raised to concerned GEA Divisional or Prime Office Bearer with ease via this App With Tranfer Policies and Promotions lot of time engineers lose connect with GEA after transfer from one location to another.But with this App and master data the engineer will always stay connected with GEA with his unique GEA ID number."
